*48 hours per fortnight | Mon – Thurs | 8am – 2.30pm*

Your day-to-day will involve:

• Delivering person-centred care providing high-quality clinical care to the community
• Ensuring care plans are regularly reviewed and updated with collaboration with the multidisciplinary team
• Managing medications and supplies in line with legal requirements
• Ensuring compliance with aged care standards and policies
• Promoting a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment within the community and staff
• Build effective relationships with clients, families, and external stakeholders

 About you:

• Minimum two years recent experience as RN
• Current Driver’s Licence and own transport
• Current registration as a Registered Nurse with Ahpra
• Demonstrated clinical skills and recent experiences working within Aged Care
• Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team and communicate effectively
