Full-Time, All Shifts

We are partnering with a supportive aged care facility looking for 4 Registered Nurses to join their team in Rockhampton. This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced RNs or motivated graduates to provide high-quality, resident-centred care in a close-knit environment.
 
About the Role:
  • Full-time, 76 hours per fortnight; rostered 5 days on, 2 days off.
  • All shifts available (AM, PM, Night) – flexibility appreciated for experienced candidates.
  • Provide clinical care, support care staff, and implement individualised resident care plans.
  • Work within a medium-sized facility.
What They’re Looking For:
  • Experienced RNs preferred (first year +), but new graduates will be considered.
  • Strong team player with excellent communication and resident-focused care skills.
  • Ability to work independently and within a structured care team.
