About the opportunity:
This position focuses on supporting clients’ physical, social and emotional wellbeing through person centred assessment, planning and ongoing evaluation of care. The role also provides clinical leadership to home care staff, ensuring safe, compliant and professional service delivery. With a strong commitment to Carinity’s Christian values, the Registered Nurse helps create a supportive, compassionate environment for clients and colleagues.

Your day-to-day will involve:

  • Deliver holistic, person centred clinical care, including assessments, care planning, wound management and ongoing evaluation of client needs
  • Use a problem solving approach to monitor changes in clients’ conditions and ensure timely communication and escalation where required
  • Provide guidance, education and support to home care staff, contributing to a collaborative and high‑performing multidisciplinary team
  • Maintain high standards of professional practice, including accurate clinical documentation, adherence to policies, and participation in case management with health professionals.
  • Promote safety, wellbeing and dignity for clients by upholding infection control standards and WHS requirements

About you:
You’re a warm, compassionate registered nurse who has a passion for providing quality clinical care to the elderly. You approach every interaction with confidence, care and professionalism whether working with your clients, collaborating with families or guiding staff.

In addition;

  • Current Registration as a Registered Nurse with Ahpra
  • Current NDIS Worker Screening and a current driver’s licence
  • Demonstrated clinical skills and recent experience working within Aged/Home Care
