About the Role:
You will enjoy a varied and rewarding role working closely alongside a highly experienced Registered Nurse each day, with opportunities to further develop your skills in:
• Chronic Disease Management
• Care Plans & Health Assessments
• Childhood Immunisations
• Wound Care
• Health Screening & Preventative Care
• General Treatment Room Nursing
About You:
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
Friendly, compassionate and team-focused attitude
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Experience in General Practice preferred but not essential
A passion for patient-centred care and community health
