About the Role
This exciting opportunity will see you safely and efficiently provide the highest quality customer service and on-site support to a large world leading mining company located within the Bowen Basin region. This is a permanent, fulltime position where we are open to candidates based in Rockhampton, Mackay or Emerald.

Reporting to our Resource Industries Support Manager your responsibilities will include:
  • Promote and adhere to all safety requirements on site and within the workplace
  • Develop relationships with key customer stakeholders (Maintenance, Production, Engineering etc)
  • Promote consistency by being a centralized point of contact
  • Maximise Customer fleet performance through reliability processes, defect elimination strategies and implementation of reliability focused systems and training
  • Create, implement and execute sales and account strategies
  • Maintain and increase our market share of parts and service
  • Communicate and manage challenges effecting fleet performance and satisfaction
  • Manage, document and resolve customer issues and enquires
About You
You will bring the following skills and experience to the role:
  • Trade Qualified
  • Demonstrated customer management experience within the mining industry
  • Experience in mining, mining services or heavy earthmoving industries
  • Strong commitment to Safety and continuous Improvement
  • Proactive approach to sourcing solutions
  • Positive attitude to developing the business through a team approach
