Role Overview

  • Experience: Proven skills in retail butchery required.
  • Salary range: Competitive annual package between $70,000 and $80,000.
  • Location: Regional Queensland.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the daily management of the meat department with operational independence.
  • Prepare and present top-quality meat cuts and smallgoods, maintaining strict food safety compliance.
  • Produce value-added meat products such as sausages and marinades.
  • Engage with customers to deliver excellent service and build lasting community relationships.
  • Design attractive product displays to enhance customer appeal.
  • Contribute to meeting weekly department sales objectives.
  • Work collaboratively with the management team to support business improvements.
