Roller Operators

Our valued client is a national construction company with major projects around Australia. They are currently seeking experienced Roller Operators for site construction works at their remote project north of Rockhampton. These are casual FIFO/DIDO positions for those able to commit for the entirety of the 6 month project timespan.

What the role entails:

• Roller Operation on Clarke Creek Wind Farm construction project.
• Flexibility to assist on the ground when required.
• 15 days on/6 days off – fly in/fly out – drive in/drive out from Rocky to site.
• Camp accommodation, meals, flights and travel to site included.
• $41 per hour normal time casual rate plus time & half and double time.
• 10 to 12 hour days.
• $8 site allowance for all hours worked.

What you can bring to the role:

• Experience operating a Roller on commercial construction sites.
• Relevant machine operating certificates and training records.
• Current Australian driver’s license.
• The ability to pass a pre-employment medical with drug and alcohol screening.
• A genuine commitment to site work safety.
• A mature work ethic and dedication to team work.

There are multiple positions available, commencing immediately for a 6 month total duration.
