Carinity – Shalom have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Roster Clerk to join the team. Reporting directly to the Business Services Coordinator the Roster Clerk is responsible for managing all aspects of the operation of the reception area; as well as performing a range of administrative support functions. 38 hours per fortnight are available for this position.
Also in this role, you will ensure that HR processes are maintained and followed in line with the employment lifecycle for each employee, inputting fortnightly staff rosters into the UKG (Kronos Workforce Central Timekeeper), ensuring that all legislative requirements have been met and errors are identified and rectified.
What do I need for the role?
- Experience in office administration, clerical procedures and managing confidential material, preferably within a Residential Aged Care environment.
- Previous experience in reception/ rostering and using rostering software i.e. Kronos, with the ability to identify errors and maintain compliance.
- Previous experience in referencing and/or interpreting an Enterprise Agreement or Award.
- Outstanding attention to detail, with the ability to prioritise and communicate effectively with staff, residents and the public
