About Your Role
We are seeking a dedicated Safety Coordinator to join our team in a permanent, full-time role, Monday to Friday. In this position, you will play a key role in coordinating the maintenance and analysis of ISO-certified management systems. Reporting to the Safety Manager, you will leverage your expertise to manage the functionality of safety systems, provide analytical support to enhance system capabilities and contribute to achieving SHEQ objectives. This role is essential in supporting our commitment to safety, health, environment, and quality standards across the organisation.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinate the implementation of processes relating to the maintenance and analysis of current ISO-certified management systems
  • Manage the maintenance of Safety systems to support current system functionality
  • Provide analytical support to improve systems capability to meet SHEQ objectives, including the measurement, monitoring and evaluation of performance
  • Assistance with the provision of high-level reports on SHEQ performance to meet internal and external reporting requirements
  • Collation of Monthly scorecards for Safety and Sustainability teams

    About You
    You will bring the following skills and experience to the role:
    • Previous experience coordinating document and records management processes
    • Demonstrated capacity to provide accurate and timely reporting and
    • Experience working with safety systems
    • Experience in data analysis
