What You’ll Do: 

  • Administrative Support: Provide professional support to our sales team, including managing listings, marketing, and social media posts. Ensure all documentation is accurate and up-to-date. 
  • Client Care: Handle telephone enquiries efficiently and professionally, assist with reception coverage, and maintain a high standard of client communication. 
  • Marketing & Listings: Prepare marketing materials, manage window card displays, open home flyers, and social media posts. Ensure all marketing aligns with our brand standards. 
  • Sales & Contracts: Prepare and process all contracts and lease agreements. Track document progress and ensure all conditions of sales are met. 
  • Team Support: Supporting the sales and management teams with various administrative tasks.

  • Real Estate Licence: Currently hold a Real Estate Licence or willing to obtain
