Who we’re looking for:

Urbex are seeking an energetic, organised and dynamic sales assist to support our senior sales consultant in Mackay. You will be provided with training and development to further enhance your skills and learn more about the industry to be able to showcase the Urbex Mackay development portfolio. 

  • You will be reporting to the General Manager Sales and Marketing, and will be based in Mackay.
  • Greeting clients, answering the telephone, and making follow-up calls.
  • Assisting in the preparation of real estate forms and documents.
  • Coordinating showings, assisting in sales enquiries , and obtaining feedback.
  • Assisting the marketing team in preparing listing materials and posting property listings.
  • You will be responsible to assist the senior sale consultant for the land sales function of one of the companies residential land estates in Mackay.
  • You will be responsible for assisting in the achieving the sales targets, contributing to market research, competitor and customer analysis.
  • You will be provided with senior mentoring to enhance your potential as well as achieving the company’s business objectives.
  • You will be part of a collaborative dynamic team environment working for a company who truly values their people and have a strong employee retention. 

The successful candidate will be a self-starter with:

  • Land sales experience preferred – inclusive of a current real estate sales representative registration certificate
  • People orientated with a natural ability to build trusted relationships with all stakeholders
  • Interest and experience in tourism, travel or real-estate industries with a customer service focus will be highly regarded 
  • Weekend work essential
