Sales and Customer Service Role – Fatz Fabrication

Fatz Fabrication is a well-established manufacturing and product installation business based in Rockhampton, QLD. Since 2009, we have been producing premium stainless-steel snorkels, exhaust systems, and other induction-related products for the 4WD industry. We pride ourselves on our team-oriented culture, focusing on achieving both short-term and long-term goals. With strategic plans for growth in the wholesale and retail markets, we are excited to expand our team.

We are currently seeking a motivated and dedicated individual to join us in a Sales and Customer Service role, with an immediate start. The primary focus of this role is to elevate the standards of customer service and sales processes for our trade and retail customer base. Attention to detail, continuous improvement, and a strong work ethic are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process orders via our website, phone, and email.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with trade customers, ensuring clear and consistent communication.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries through Facebook, Instagram, phone, and email.
  • Collaborate with the remote Sales Manager to execute effective marketing strategies across various media channels.
  • Assist the Operations Manager with content creation, cataloging images and videos, and occasional video editing tasks.
  • Ensure consistent, high-quality content is posted on social media platforms, particularly using Meta tools.
  • Work closely with the Operations and Sales Managers to enhance sales strategies and the overall customer experience.
  • Perform general sales and customer service duties as required.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of Fatz Fabrication products and the broader 4WD industry.

Job Type: Full-time (Casual to Permanent)

  • Early finish on Fridays.
  • 4.5-day workweek.
  • Monday to Friday schedule with occasional overtime.
