About Us

We are an established caravan business with over 15 years in the industry, operating across Queensland. We only sell new caravans, all engineered and designed in-house and built specifically for Australian conditions.

Our product range focuses on modern construction, practical layouts, and the latest features the market demands. We are now seeking an experienced industry professional to join our Rockhampton operation and become a key part of our customer-facing team.


The Role

This is a hands-on, performance-based role covering sales, customer handovers, marketing support, and after-sales customer care. It suits someone who is enthusiastic, self-motivated, and comfortable working autonomously. Training will be provided, however applicants must already have solid industry experience and be capable of operating independently.


Key Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming phone calls and manage customer enquiries professionally

  • Engage with customers, qualify needs, negotiate deals, and close sales

  • Manage customer enquiries from first contact through to sale

  • Present caravans including layouts, weights, towing requirements and options

  • Prepare quotes, sales orders and customer documentation

  • Run and maintain the CRM system, ensuring all leads, conversations, follow-ups and outcomes are constantly updated and accurate

  • Conduct professional caravan handovers and explain all systems

  • Maintain customer communication throughout sales and delivery

  • Assist with after-sales support and warranty enquiries

  • Support social media, online listings and marketing activities

  • Attend RV & Caravan shows across Queensland, New South Wales and Victoria.


Essential Experience

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in the Car Sales, Caravan, RV, camper-trailer or automotive sales industry

  • Strong understanding of caravan systems, towing requirements and weights

  • Proven ability to speak with customers, negotiate deals, and close sales

  • Experience using CRM systems to manage leads and customer communication

  • Ability to work autonomously and without close supervision

  • Availability for Saturday mornings and weekend events as required

Desirable

  • Experience or working knowledge of caravan or vehicle sales.
