We’re seeking experienced Sand Blasters and Industrial Painters to join our diligent, lively and expanding team.

🛠 About the Roles

Sand Blasters:

• The ability to provide surface preparation of metal components and heavy equipment using industrial blasting techniques

• Operating and maintaining blasting equipment to ensure top-quality finishes for each and every project

• Always working to safety and environmental standards

Industrial Painters:

• Applying industrial coatings (spray, brush, or roll) to prepared surfaces

• Colour-matching, priming, and finishing to high-quality standards for every project

• Continuously maintaining painting equipment and ensuring proper storage of coatings and materials to provided guidelines

✅ What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in sandblasting and/or industrial painting (preferred but not essential – training available for the right candidates)

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality finishes

• Ability to carry out work safely with PPE in hot, dusty, and noisy environments

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team

• Current driver’s license and White Card highly regarded

📍 Location: Parkhurst Rockhampton

🕒 Work Hours: Monday–Friday with Saturday shifts as required
