Are you currently looking to commence your career in Industry and interested in Scaffolding? This could be the opportunity you are looking for.

KAEFER are currently looking for young individuals to commence Scaffolding Cadetships in late 2025.

Key Requirements:

• MUST be Gladstone Based

• 18yrs or older

• Willingness to learn and improve on your current skill set

• Safety focused with a strong work ethic

• Ability to work at heights

• Ability to pass a Pre-Employment/Site Specific medical

Highly Desirable:

·       Construction Card

·       Working at Heights

·       Confined Space

·       HRWL - Fork Lift
