About the Role:

Tropical Coast Plumbing are based in Rockhampton, Mackay and Townsville in Queensland Australia and are currently seeking a Scheduler and Administration Assistant to join our team in Mackay. This role will be a permanent full time from Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 4:30pm based out of the Mackay Office.

Your role will involve but not limited to:

  • Reception duties, handling enquiries via email, phone & messaging platform
  • General office administrative duties and clerical tasks such as photocopying, laminating, scanning and filing
  • Scheduling quotes and jobs 
  • Processing purchase orders 
  • Coordinating meetings and maintaining office area presentation
  • Supporting a fast-paced professional team
  • Date collection and client information management
  • Completing and writing reports and forms as required

 

What you will need:

  • Previous experience in Administration work (Desirable)
  • A positive and proactive approach to work
  • Honest and Reliable 
  • Excellent and confident phone manner, including providing superior customer service
  • Able to work independently and able to prioritise tasks when needed
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Strong written & verbal skills with a high attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task and adapt to different situations 
  • Current Driver’s licence
