The Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Family Lawyer to join our dynamic team. Working across a broad range of family law matters, you will manage a diverse caseload involving:

• Private property settlements

• Parenting disputes and parenting agreements

• Domestic violence matters

• Divorce applications

• Binding Financial Agreements and Binding Child Support Agreements

Key Responsibilities

• Managing a portfolio of family law matters independently

• Providing strategic advice to clients

• Attending court appearances, mediations and negotiations

• Mentoring and supporting junior staff as required

• Building strong client relationships and contributing to business development

About You

• Admitted as a solicitor in Queensland with a current practising certificate

• Minimum of 5 years' post-admission experience (family law experience strongly preferred)

• Strong advocacy, negotiation and drafting skills

• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team

• Client-focused, pragmatic and highly organised

Benefits

• Salary range: $130,000 to $170,000 (commensurate with experience) plus superannuation
