Selection Criteria

• Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a generalist HR role, preferably in a small to medium-sized organisation.

• Strong knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices, including interpretation and implementation of policies and procedures.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with proven ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities.

• A proactive and team-focused approach, with a commitment to providing high-quality service.

• A strategic thinker who can also deliver on day-to-day operational needs.

• High level of discretion and confidentiality.

• Proficiency in HRIS, Microsoft Office Suite and AI – experience with Employment Hero would be a bonus.

• Experience in the not-for-profit sector is highly desirable.

• Membership with a professional HR body (e.g., AHRI).

• Current driver’s licence.
