Haynes are currently seeking a Service Administrator for a valued client in Mackay.


About the Role:

  • Customer enquiry and quoting for mechanical service, workshop and parts resources
  • Administrative duties and support
  • Oversee Mechanical Workshop bookings and priorities
  • Assist in vehicle recalls, licence and site specific inspections
  • Assist with licensing, inspections and regulatory requirements
  • Maintain a safe workplace and uphold WH&S regulations

 

About The Offer:

  • Monday - Friday roster; 40hr week
  • Salary is dependent on experience and qualifications
  • Annual bonus on offer

 

About You

  • Previous experience within a customer service and/or mechanical environment is advantageous
  • Hold a current Drivers Licence and reliable transport
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, computer literate in Microsoft Suites and excellent time management
  • Must be computer literate in programs including Microsoft Office
  • Motivated, with a strong work ethic
  • Valid Rights to Work in Australia
