WANTED IMMEDIATE START -  SERVICE ADVISER

Precise requires a Service Adviser to join our Service Team in our Mackay workshop.  

Precise are a Car, Truck & Earthmoving Repair & Compliance Company. We provide quality services to mining, lease and local operators. With a recent increase in workload and now having maintenance contracts in place, we require the following:

  • Full time Service Advisor (flexible working hours) 

Role and Responsibilities

  • Office duties and customer service
  • Take bookings, processing repair orders, quotes and invoicing
  • Liaise with both customers and technicians in regard to servicing and repairs
  • Processing mine site inspection and roadworthy paperwork 

Preferred Skills

  • Motor vehicle industry experience is preferred but not essential
  • Experience in sales or service industry
  • Be able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Attention to detail and communication is the key
