About the Role

As the first point of contact for our customers, you'll play a vital role in delivering outstanding customer service while ensuring our workshop operates efficiently.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting customers and providing outstanding customer service.

  • Booking vehicles in for servicing, repairs and tyre replacements.

  • Preparing repair orders and accurately recording customer requests.

  • Liaising with technicians to ensure work is completed efficiently and on time.

  • Providing customers with updates throughout the repair process.

  • Preparing estimates and explaining recommended repairs.

  • Processing invoices and customer payments.

  • Coordinating workshop bookings and vehicle movements.

  • Managing customer enquiries, concerns and feedback professionally.

  • Maintaining accurate customer records using workshop management software.

  • Assisting in achieving workshop productivity and customer satisfaction targets.

About You

The successful applicant will have:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • A positive attitude with a strong customer focus.

  • The ability to multitask and remain organised in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong computer skills.

  • Previous Service Advisor or automotive customer service experience (highly regarded but not essential).

  • Mechanical knowledge or experience within the tyre and automotive industry (advantageous).

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Current Australian Driver Licence (essential).
