Our client is a well-established mining services provider supporting major operations across Queensland. Known for their reliability and focus on safety, they maintain and operate one of the country’s largest fleets of heavy mining equipment.
About the role
We’re chasing experienced Service Cart Operators to join the team at Foxleigh Mine for a 5–6 month assignment. You’ll play a key role in keeping production gear fuelled, serviced, and ready to work on a 7:7 roster.
What’s on offer
• Hourly rate up to $65 p/h
• Camp accommodation and meals provided
• 7/7 roster – 12-hour days

Your day-to-day
• Operate a 773 or 775 Service Cart safely and efficiently
• Service and refuel Diggers, 789/793 Dump Trucks, and auxiliary gear
• Assist with basic maintenance or repairs when required
• Record and report any equipment issues found during servicing
• Maintain accurate service documentation and follow site safety standards
What you’ll need
• RII – Service Mine Plant & Equipment
• At least 12 months’ experience in a surface coal mining service cart role
• Proven experience operating a 773 or 775 Service Cart
• Standard 11 and Coal Board Medical (or willingness to obtain)
• Strong safety focus and a reliable, team-first attitude
