About the role

This role is ideal for an experienced Service Manager (or Leading Hand keen to step up) looking to make their mark on an evolving and growing dealership group. 

You will be responsible for:
  • General day-to-day management of service department
  • Working closely with customers 
  • Working closely with Technicians 
  • Ensuring efficiency and profitability of the service department
  • Building a strong relationship and rapport with customers
The ideal candidate will have:
  • Previous experience in a Service Management role
  • Previous experience working in an agricultural dealership or workshop
  • Strong customer and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to sell the business with excellent communication skills
Previous exposure to Agricultural and Farming Machinery in a retail or wholesale environment would be advantageous for this position. Candidates who have experience with brands such as John Deere, Case IH, New Holland, Massey Ferguson, Fendt, Claas, Kubota, Deutz or similar are strongly encouraged to apply.
