A locally owned and operated service is seeking a Centre Manager - Nominated Superviror/ Responsible person to join our team.

Our service has received an Exceeding National Standards rating and we are excited to welcome a motivated and enthusiastic Manager to our team.
 

You will have the opportunity to work in a well resourced, air-conditioned centre and receive excellent support from management and your colleagues. The successful applicant must have a strong desire to provide high quality inclusive care, show exceptional leadership skills and be willing to work as part of a team.

As the Centre Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations and ensuring that our service continues to  run smoothly inline with service policies, procedures, and expectatins

Key responsibilities include:

Managing the centre’s day-to-day operations and fulfilling the role of Nominated Supervisor.
Building a positive and engaging presence within the community.
Providing leadership, guidance, and support to staff and students.
Fostering a cohesive, collaborative work environment.
Managing rosters and staff attendance.
Supporting and inducting new team members.
Maintaining positive relationships with families and the wider community.
Ensuring and maintaining theservices Exceeding standards with compliance with all centre policies, legislation, and National Quality Standards. 
Maintaining high Health & Safety standards in line with company requirements.
 

Requirements of the role:

A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role (preferred).
Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or Diploma (or equivalent qualification).
A current Working with Children Check, First Aid, and Child Protection certifications.
Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).
Experience in developing and maintaining a Quality Improvment Plan
Prior practical experience within the Early Childhood sector.
Excellent communication, leadership, and management skills.
Highly organised with the ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively.
