Job Description

YOUR OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for a Site Facilitator to join our team and exceed our clients’ needs, with our ideal candidate based in either Rockhampton or Mackay QLD.

In this role, you will demonstrate solid experience in customer service and whilst an understanding of inventory and purchasing practices would be an advantage to your application, further training can be provided in these key areas.

Please note, you will be required to work away from home for periods of time, sometimes up to a week in duration.

Your key responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Strict adherence to all customer and company WHS policies and procedures
  • Provide face to face customer support at customer sites
  • Creating and maintaining stock profile
  • Creating and controlling of all reporting data
  • Maintain all stores functions and inventory management systems
  • Maintain vendor relationships including supplier/manufacturing negotiation

To be successful, you will have:

  • Strong customer service skills including written communication
  • Drivers licence valid in Australia essential
  • Forklift licence desirable (or willingness to obtain one)
  • Warehousing, sourcing and logistics experience
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills are essential
  • Ability to work on site, and to travel (including overnight stays)
