Site Administrator - 6mth contract

About the role

Bring your Administrative experience and skills and provide support to the project Manager and maintenance teams at the Boundary Hill Mine.
  • Provide clerical and administrative support to the mine maintenance team
  • You will be responsible for maintaining site records and registers, reporting, data entry, scheduling, filing and archiving documents as required
  • General administrative support to on-site departments inclusive of; reporting, data entry, rosters, filing and archiving, and other ad hoc duties as required
Your skills and experience
  • Ability to work Monday to Friday, 7am-2pm roster 
  • Prior experience in mine site-based administrative position, experience within maintenance administration is highly regarded
  • Experience in Outlook, Word and Excel processing, managing files and records, designing forms and other office procedures 
  • Proven ability to build positive working relationships with co-workers and respectfully interact with a wide variety of people in a diverse workforce 
  • Current Coal Board Medical, Standard 11 and QLD Drivers Licence.
