KAEFER Integrated Services are currently looking for a SITE ADMISTRATOR for our Queensland operations. This is a permanent role working out of our office in Mackay and going to site for project-based work as required. When on site a relevant roster will be applicable as well as site uplift!

As Site Administrator you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth site operations. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing administrative tasks, coordinating schedules and supporting the onsite teams
  • Reporting functions inclusive of daily activity reports summarizing activities on site, progress updates, issues/incidents encountered, actions taken, resolutions implemented, site inventories (supplies, equipment and materials)
  • Compliance – ensuring site adheres to all relevant regulations and Standards by preparing compliance reports and documentation for audits and inspection
  • Financial - Assisting in the preparation of financial reports related to site expenses, budget racking and cost analysis and resource allocation
  • Managing accommodation, booking flights and organising rosters in addition to supporting HSE with their reporting functions
  • All administrative functions when in the Mackay office 

About You

  • You will have demonstrated experience working and living on site specifically as a Site Administrator
  • Able to work under pressure, multi-task and plan and prioritise workloads to meet deadlines
  • Have experience with arranging rosters, booking accommodation and flights
  • Highly developed computer skills including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook)
  • Professional communication able to liaise with site personnel and relevant stakeholders
  • Able to work effectively within a team and without close supervision
