Site Administrator

Job Description

Benefits:
  • Initial 3 month contract
  • $45-$48 per hour plus superannuation 
  • 9-day fortnight 
  • DIDO- Camp and Meals provided 
The situation:
3 month site administrator role based on a site in the Bowen Basin close to Mackay. 


Responsibilities:
  • Generating purchase orders, receipting & ensuring suppliers/subcontractors are paid according to payment terms
  • Processing payroll forms and liaising with payroll departments to resolve queries
  • Production administration supporting the the production team on site
  • Document control 
  • Manage accommodation bookings and onboarding support

Requirements:  
  • Mining site administration experience 
  • Standard 11
  • CBM
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
