Starting in 2021 S&W Asset Management was established to combine the skills, expertise, and connections of our Directors, with the objective of providing professional project management services across the across mining, ports, and infrastructure industries.

We specialise in providing a turnkey service for project management, which can be tailored to our client’s needs, whether it be basic support or a comprehensive team to take their project from planning, procurement, execution, delivery, and handover.

S&W Asset Management is seeking experienced Site Administrators with coal mining experience to represent our company while working onsite in the Bowen Basin.

We have two positions available, ideally suited for local residents of Mackay or the Coal fields who can commute to the site on a DIDO basis

Primary Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Prepare and manage reports
  • Assisting key stakeholders with all administrative duties
  • Ensure all site access requests are actioned promptly to maintain efficient operations
  • Attend site meetings and take minutes where required, focusing on coal industry-specific discussions
  • Ensure records are up to date and maintained
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within the mining or coal industry.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and various site systems
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Local resident with the ability to commute to the site on a DIDO basis.
