Job description:

We have opportunities for Site Engineers to support our upcoming projects in Central Queensland. This project will build on your engineering experience and allow you to develop yourself and your career within the DT Infrastructure team. You'll ideally have extensive civil construction experience.

About you
  • Minimum degree qualification in Engineering.
  • Demonstrated construction delivery experience on public infrastructure/rail projects.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with key internal and external customers and suppliers.
  • Experience with Primavera P6 scheduling software (desirable).
  • Proficient or intermediate skill level with Expert Estimation software (desirable).
  • To be decisive on business issues, displaying timely and quality decision making, working effectively under tight deadlines and pressure.
  • Initiative, motivated & self-driven.
About the role
  • Coordinate and administer construction engineering activities to ensure the project is delivered in accordance with time, budget and quality requirements.
  • Assist with the preparation of site construction budgets and reports.
  • Utilise QA/QC software for Lot management and instigate / collect / verify / validate conformance artefacts.
  • Work collaboratively to ensure compliance safety policies and procedures.
  • Develop strategic alliances with suppliers and subcontractors.
  • Maintain effective relationships to manage client expectations.
