About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and safety-focused Site Logistics Specialist to support our Boulder Creek wind farm construction project. This is a hands-on, site-based role responsible for coordinating the end-to-end delivery of critical components from port and warehouse through to site.
You will play a key role in ensuring materials are delivered on time, in full and to specification, supporting project milestones and the construction critical path.
Key Responsibilities

Coordinate inbound logistics, including freight, port and site deliveries

Develop and maintain delivery schedules aligned with the construction program

Supervise vessel discharge and coordinate transport from port to site

Manage site receiving, inspections, and quality checks on incoming components

Raise and manage non-conformance reports (NCRs) where required

Maintain accurate inventory and logistics tracking records

Communicate logistics status across site teams, contractors, and stakeholders

Ensure compliance with WHS, site access, and transport requirements
About You

Minimum 3+ years’ logistics coordination experience (site-based preferred)

Strong experience with freight, delivery scheduling and inventory control

Ability to interpret technical documents, packing lists and specifications

Proven experience in quality checks and NCR processes

Strong communication skills across multiple stakeholders

Solid understanding of WHS and site safety practices

Intermediate MS Office skills (Excel, Outlook, Word)

Valid Driver’s Licence - mandatory
Highly Regarded:
-
Experience in wind, construction, mining, oil & gas, or heavy industry
-
Exposure to vessel discharge or port logistics operations
-
QA/QC or inspection experience
-
Forklift, First Aid, or logistics-related certification
