The Opportunity: 

We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to lead the delivery of a major processing facility project in Rockhampton. You will be responsible for overseeing all site operations, managing the programming and coordination of subcontractors, suppliers, and materials to ensure the successful completion of the project. This role is ideal for a motivated professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about delivering high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate all site activities, including subcontractors, suppliers, and material deliveries, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead regular site meetings to discuss progress, coordination, and work practices, ensuring that the project remains on track.
  • Develop short-term programs and manage the completion of all practical completion defects.
  • Ensure the project is delivered in accordance with contract documents, local regulations, and relevant standards.
  • Promote and enforce safety, environmental, and quality policies in line with company standards and OH&S legislation.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Proven track record in successfully delivering construction projects as a Site Manager.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to build and lead a high-performing team.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering results in high-pressure environments.
  • Demonstrated experience in programming, coordination, and compliance management.
