Site Manager - Service Station
Wessel Petroleum is a locally owned company with multiple service stations and car washes in Queensland. We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated permanent position Site Manager to lead our BP South Rockhampton site.
This position is working a five day week and boasts a great work/life balance. The hours are flexible to suit the applicant and the business.
A successful leader will have a positive attitude and approach, with the ability to build an enjoyable working environment for the team. You must be willing to help the team in all situations and demonstrate good organisational skills to work efficiently.
Responsibilities

A hands-on, practical approach to manage the site team, including on-boarding, rostering, performance and timesheet management

Responsible for the day to day aspects of running a service station
