The Law Co is a growing law practice looking for an experienced solicitor ready to join the Estate Planning & Conveyancing team. This is a full-time role built around real flexibility, modern systems, and a salary that reflects your experience.
What you'll be doing:
• Wills, testamentary trusts, powers of attorney and estate administration
• Residential and commercial conveyancing
• Client consultations — structured, supported, and mostly remote
What we're looking for:
• Admitted solicitor with solid experience in estate planning and conveyancing
• Someone who works well independently and takes ownership of their files
• Clear, plain-English communicator — clients come first
• Current QLD practising certificate (essential)
