CQ Truck Trailer 4x4 is a key retailer in Gladstone QLD supplying spare parts for automotive, trucks, trailers, 4x4 vehicles and industrial equipment.

We are looking for a full time internal sales person/interpreter for immediate start.  At least 3 years’ experience in spare parts sales is highly desired, preferably in the automotive, industrial, truck and/or earthmoving industries.  Mechanical knowledge and experience in the automotive, industrial, truck and earthmoving industries is also an advantage.

We offer a competitive salary package to the right person depending on their qualifications and experience. A relocation package is also available for the successful candidate.

CQ Truck Trailer 4x4 has a zero drug policy and a pre-employment medical including drug testing will be required for the successful candidate before commencement of work.

 Duties will include but not limited to:

  • Answering phone calls and attending to counter sales enquiries
  • Provide product information and spare parts advice
  • Process payments, prepare customer sales, orders, quotes and associated documentation
  • Provide a high level of customer service to our customers
  • Liaise with suppliers and internal staff to ensure timely delivery of spare parts
  • Resolve customer requests and issues
  • Follow up with customers and suppliers

 The ideal candidate will possess the following:

  • 3 years relevant experience is highly desirable
  • Understanding of mechanical and technical terms
  • Mature, positive and good work ethics
  • Able to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
  • Able to multi task and have good time management skills
  • A team player who can also work independently
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Good problem solving skills
  • Computer literate
