🎯 About The Role
We’re on the lookout for exceptional Speech Pathologists to join our amazing team and help expand access to high-quality speech therapy in our community.
In this role, you’ll provide evidence-based support to clients of all ages. You’ll work with individuals experiencing communication and swallowing challenges related to developmental delays, disabilities, neurological conditions, or learning difficulties — all within a supportive and empowering team environment.
As a key member of our clinical team, you will:

Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders

Develop and deliver tailored, evidence-based treatment plans

Provide one-on-one therapy in clinic, home, and community settings
-
Collaborate with families, teachers, and the client’s entire care team to create a cohesive, integrated approach

Stay informed on current research and therapy innovations
✅ What You’ll Bring

Bachelor or Master of Speech Pathology (or equivalent)
-
CPSP registration with Speech Pathology Australia
-
Eligibility to obtain a Blue & Yellow Card (Police History Check)
-
A current C-class driver’s licence + reliable vehicle for community visits
-
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team to assist children and adults with complex communication and swallowing needs.
