We’re looking for a gun Spray Painter who takes pride in their work and wants to step into a key role within a growing operation. At McKenzie’s, we don’t do average. We repair and refinish trucks, fleets and heavy vehicles and we need someone who can deliver top-tier finishes every time.

THE ROLE
You’ll be hands-on in the paint shop, delivering high-quality finishes while helping drive standards across the team.
• Spray painting & refinishing (light to heavy vehicles)
• Colour matching & premium finishes
• Maintain quality, workflow & turnaround times
• Support and guide junior team members
• Keep the workshop clean, safe and efficient
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
• Cert III in Automotive Refinishing
• Proven spray-painting skills (not just basic prep)
• Pride in your work — you don’t cut corners
• Reliable, team-focused and switched on
• Manual driver’s license
