BB Print Stadium and MECC are seeking a customer service superstar to join our team of friendly and passionate event professionals. As a Stadium Attendant, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and event stakeholders, ensuring extraordinary experiences for everyone who enters our venues. Hosting events ranging from meetings in function rooms to major sporting events, our Stadium Attendants work collaboratively with various departments to ensure the operational success of all events.
Key Responsibilities, Qualifications, and Skills:
- Provide friendly and professional assistance to clients and customers, adhering to MECC Customer Service Standards.
- Help deliver exceptional event experiences in our venues and at our events.
- Perform Front of House duties during events.
- Ensure the venues are always presented to the highest standard, in line with MECC Venue Standards.
- Previous experience in a customer service environment.
- Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate or the ability to obtain one.
- Previous administration experience, including proficiency with the Microsoft Suite.
- Capability to conduct physical tasks, such as standing or walking around sites for extended periods and lifting and carrying various objects during event setup.
