To excel in this role, you should have:

• Retail Managerial/Supervisory Experience: Possess a minimum of 1 year of managerial/supervisory experience in a retail setting

• Sales Passion: Demonstrate a genuine passion for achieving and exceeding sales targets.

• Merchandising Skills: Exhibit excellent stock management and strong merchandising skills.

• Technical Proficiency: Have intermediate computer skills and prior experience with retail point-

of-sale systems.
