You’ve got a real instinct for sales. So bring your entrepreneurial drive to the hustle and bustle of managing a Spotlight store. From creating profit-maximising strategies to keeping your team motivated, it’s all your call when you’re a Spotlight Store Manager.

  • Customer service
  • Sales & financial performance
  • Merchandising
  • Stock management.

Ours is a challenging environment, where you’ll need to be an effective communicator who’s resourceful, resilient and able to make good judgement calls. Specifically you’ll have:

  • Extensive retail sales and customer service experience
  • Experience in a team leadership role
  • Demonstrated business management success
  • First Aid certified, or willing to be trained at our expense
