Coles is hiring experienced retail leaders from New Zealand to consider a career move with Coles Group, relocating to Australia to lead supermarket stores across Far North Queensland. Reporting to the Regional Manager, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day running of a multi-million dollar store. Your focus will be to deliver key commercial outcomes and exceptional customer experiences by executing the store retail plan. As Store Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of the business as a highly experienced retail leader, accountable for all aspects of your store.

· Demonstrated experience leading large, diverse retail teams (100+ team members ideal)
· Strong commercial and operational capability in a fast-paced environment
· A coaching-led leadership style focused on developing future leaders
· A customer-first mindset and drive for continuous improvement
· Strong focus on safety, compliance and team wellbeing
