Store Manager Best&Less Rockhampton

We're looking for a driven and dynamic Store Manager to lead our Rockhampton store! If you've got the drive, leadership skills, and a passion for shaping shopping experiences that bring our community together, this could be the role for you.

What you'll be doing:

• Delivering customer service that's second to none.

• Driving sales and profitability to exceed store targets.

• Coaching, training, and developing your Best team.

• Showcasing your creativity through strong VM and store presentation.

• Managing stock levels, shrinkage, and day-to-day operations.

About you:

• 3+ years management experience in high-volume retail.

• A strong commercial mindset with proven results in sales and cost management.

• A people leader who motivates and develops diverse teams.

• A passion for delivering best-in-class customer service and store standards.

• A creative eye for merchandising and innovative retail strategies.

This role is active and hands-on, with Besties spending most of their shift on their feet, assisting customers, restocking shelves, and keeping the store looking its best. You'll need to be adaptable, ready to switch between tasks quickly, and comfortable working in a busy, high-energy setting.
