About Us

At NEPEAN™ we are proud to be Australia’s leading privately owned engineering, mining services and industrial manufacturing organisation. We have unique capabilities to deliver high value, innovative and sustainable solutions for the world’s leading mining, construction, and transport companies. Over the last 40 years, hard work, technical credibility, and a willingness to tackle very difficult projects have earned NEPEAN an enviable reputation. Today our organisation employs over 2000 people across six continents and distributes products to more than 65 countries.

Nepean Power specialises in high quality electrical industrial equipment. Our products can be found throughout the Australian and international mining, industrial, and infrastructure sectors.

About You:
You’re more than just a Storeperson—you’re the backbone that keeps operations flowing. You thrive in organised spaces, love keeping things in check, and have a knack for ensuring everything’s in its rightful place. You’re someone who notices when stock is off, who takes pride in making sure nothing slips through the cracks, and who enjoys a challenge. If you’re ready to take ownership of a role where your attention to detail and reliability are valued, we’re ready for you.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Managing stock movements like a pro—receiving, inspecting, sorting, and making sure everything matches up perfectly.
  • Keeping meticulous records for material orders, transfers, and deliveries—because you know accuracy matters.
  • Ensuring stock levels align with workflow demands and handling orders with suppliers like a boss.
  • Processing claims for faulty goods or late deliveries—because you’re not afraid to speak up when things aren’t right.
  • Dispatching outward goods and inter-branch transfers with speed and precision.
  • Keeping the stock area clean, tidy, and organised—you’ll be proud of the space you manage.
  • Using forklifts to load and unload trucks, and assisting production as needed.
  • Liaising with suppliers and customers, delivering outstanding service with every interaction.
  • Keeping tabs on vehicle and equipment maintenance—because well-maintained tools mean smooth operations.

Why You’ll Love It Here:
At NEPEAN Power, you’re not just another number—you’re an essential part of our team. We value your dedication, attention to detail, and problem-solving mindset. You’ll work in a supportive environment where your contributions are recognised, and your growth is encouraged. Plus, who doesn’t love a role that keeps you on your toes?

What You Bring to the Table:

  • A Certificate II (or higher) in Warehousing and Distribution, or equivalent experience.
  • A forklift licence and experience using ERP systems (PRONTO experience is a plus).
  • Strong organisational and time management skills—because juggling multiple tasks is second nature to you.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills—you know how to work with a team and keep things running smoothly.
  • Solid computer skills, including Microsoft Suite, and a sharp eye for detail.
  • Flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities and a proactive mindset to tackle challenges head-on.

Keeping It Safe:

  • You’ll follow all safety procedures, risk assessments, and operating guidelines to keep yourself and your team safe.
  • You’ll identify and address hazards promptly—because safety is everyone’s responsibility.
  • You’ll take care of the environment while you work, maintaining a clean and safe workspace.

Ready to Step Up?
If you’re ready to take ownership of a role where your skills are valued and your growth is supported, we want to hear from you. Apply now to join NEPEAN Power and take the next step in your career—we can’t wait to meet you!
