Are you an experienced supervisor with a strong background in the building and construction industry? Do you excel at project planning, delivery, and ensuring client satisfaction?

Randstad is proud to partner with a key Leading Government Client to recruit a dedicated Supervisor 006 to join their team in Rockhampton This vital role focuses on maximizing project profitability and delivering services that meet the highest standards of quality and value.

💡 Your Mission & What You'll Be Doing:

You will be instrumental in managing and coordinating project planning and delivery, focusing on operational excellence and team leadership.

  • Project Leadership: Assist in the planning and delivery of building projects, efficiently supervising and developing office staff, field staff, and subcontractors.
  • Tendering & Estimating: Produce high-quality tender and quotation documentation, preparing accurate estimates, quotations, and project trade packages (including material lists and construction programs).
  • Services, including detailed inspections/surveys and collecting samples of suspected asbestos-containing materials.
  • Compliance & Safety: Maintain a healthy and safe work environment. Facilitate WHS audits, undertake on-site inspections, ensure all job documentation includes appropriate risk assessments, and promote a consistent WHS approach.
  • Client & Business Growth: Proactively manage client relationships, promote Clients products and services, and identify opportunities for new business based on emerging programs.
  • Staff Management: Proactively manage the work performance and personal conduct of your staff (if applicable).

✅ Mandatory Requirements:

  • Current Workplace Health and Safety General Safety Induction Card.
