We are seeking a highly skilled Supervisor with hands-on experience in sheet metal, insulation/lagging, painting/blasting, and scaffolding to join our team in the LNG sector. This is a pivotal role responsible for coordinating multi-disciplinary support services and ensuring operational excellence across teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage subcontractor engagement, performance, and delivery.

  • Coordinate and oversee support disciplines including scaffolding, insulation, and painting.

  • Drive recruitment and onboarding strategies to ensure workforce readiness.

  • Maintain strict compliance with HSE and QA/QC standards and procedures.

  • Provide technical guidance and supervision in sheet metal, painting/blasting, or scaffolding disciplines.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Proven supervisory experience in the LNG, oil & gas, or heavy industrial sectors.

  • Trade background in sheet metal, painting/blasting, or scaffolding.

  • Strong understanding of HSE and QA/QC requirements.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and disciplines.
