The role
You will oversee day-to-day operations on fencing and construction projects. This includes coordinating crew activities, maintaining productivity, ensuring safety standards and compliance requirements are met and delivering quality work on program. You’ll lead by example, support upcoming workers and contribute to a positive, professional environment.
You’ll need

• Practical leadership skills and the ability to guide a team
• Switched on mindset and sound decision-making
• Fit, healthy, and capable of outdoor work
• Strong communication and problem solving skills
• Attention to detail and pride in your work
• Commitment to safe work practices
• Current & valid drivers licence
• Construction white card
Rural or trade background highly regarded but not essential.
Standard 11 and current Coal Board Medical (or willingness to obtain) beneficial.
