Richglen Maintenance Services is growing rapidly across the Southern Bowen Basin, and we’re looking for experienced Supervisors, Mechanical Fitters, and Boilermakers to join our team for a busy 2026.

These roles are ideal for tradespeople wanting consistent work now, with the opportunity to secure a long-term permanent position with a well-established CQ company.

We’re looking for reliable people who want to become part of a crew — not just fill a shutdown.

If you prove yourself on site, there is strong potential to transition into permanent ongoing roles as our workload and crews continue to expand.

Positions Available

  • Supervisors

  • Mechanical Fitters

  • Boilermakers

Supervisors

  • Lead crews across projects, shutdowns, shift coverage, and down days

  • Maintain strong safety standards and site compliance

  • Assist with planning, scheduling, and job coordination

  • Work closely with clients and site teams

Mechanical Fitters & Boilermakers

  • CHPP, Dragline & Shovel service days

  • Shift relief and general maintenance

  • Shutdown and project work across multiple sites

  • Work with experienced crews in a supportive team environment

What You’ll Need

Supervisors

  • Mechanical or Structural Trade Qualification

  • Minimum 2 years mining supervision experience

  • CHPP, Dragline, or Shovel experience preferred

  • S123 & G2

  • Strong leadership and safety focus

Trades

  • Relevant Trade Qualification

  • Standard 11 & Coal Board Medical

  • Working at Heights, Confined Space & Gas Test Atmospheres

  • Mining experience highly regarded
