Richglen Maintenance Services is growing rapidly across the Southern Bowen Basin, and we’re looking for experienced Supervisors, Mechanical Fitters, and Boilermakers to join our team for a busy 2026.
These roles are ideal for tradespeople wanting consistent work now, with the opportunity to secure a long-term permanent position with a well-established CQ company.
We’re looking for reliable people who want to become part of a crew — not just fill a shutdown.
If you prove yourself on site, there is strong potential to transition into permanent ongoing roles as our workload and crews continue to expand.

Lead crews across projects, shutdowns, shift coverage, and down days

Maintain strong safety standards and site compliance

Assist with planning, scheduling, and job coordination

Work closely with clients and site teams
Mechanical Fitters & Boilermakers

CHPP, Dragline & Shovel service days

Shift relief and general maintenance
-
Shutdown and project work across multiple sites

Work with experienced crews in a supportive team environment
What You’ll Need
Supervisors
-
Mechanical or Structural Trade Qualification
-
Minimum 2 years mining supervision experience
-
CHPP, Dragline, or Shovel experience preferred
-
S123 & G2
-
Strong leadership and safety focus
Trades
-
Relevant Trade Qualification
-
Standard 11 & Coal Board Medical
-
Working at Heights, Confined Space & Gas Test Atmospheres
-
Mining experience highly regarded
