What You’ll Do:

  • Provide high-level administrative support to multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Prepare agendas, minutes, correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Maintain office systems and specialised modules of Council’s corporate software.
  • Be the first point of contact for internal and external customer enquiries, delivering exceptional service.
  • Uphold Council’s Values and ensure compliance with relevant legislation and policies.
