Are you a motivated and proactive individual with solid experience in yard maintenance, soft and hard landscaping? We’re on the lookout for a skilled Team Leader – Landscaping / Maintenance / Lawn Care to join our growing crew in Gladstone, QLD. This is a full-time, salaried position with consistent hours and a great team environment

The Business
ELC Property Maintenance is a locally operated business passionate about delivering high-quality landscaping and property maintenance services across the Gladstone region. We pride ourselves on our reliability, professionalism, and dedication to getting the job done right – every time

The Opportunity

With stable hours (38–50 hours per week), Monday to Friday work (with the occasional Saturday), and competitive pay based on your experience, this is the perfect opportunity for someone ready to take their career to the next level

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A strong work ethic and reliability
• Police clearance (or willingness to obtain)
• A valid driver's licence
• A no-drama attitude
• A positive, can-do approach to challenges
• Excellent time management and punctuality
• Previous experience in landscaping and maintenance (a must!)
• Australian work rights preferred
