As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for retention and growth of sales in an existing portfolio whilst securing new business and building profitability through effective price, product substitution and contract management.
Additional responsibilities in this role also include:
- You will be winning, retaining, and growing customers to contribute to the achievement of sales, service, and profit targets
- In addition to that you will identify, develop, and commercialize growth opportunities with existing customer accounts and new business prospects
- Develop mutually rewarding relationships with prospective and current customers
- Provide technical assistance, solutions and deliver outstanding customer experience
- Working collaboratively across internal functions and plants
Skills and experience we are looking for:
- Possess an excellent verbal and written communication skills, and excellent with knowledge of Salesforce & SAP
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision with excellent abilities to time manage and prioritize.
- You are open and transparent. You don’t have an ego driven approach because you know that gaining trust, engagement, and support of your fellow employees are critical to your success and enjoyment in the role.
- You want to own your own territory’s success, be responsible for significant customer revenue, be empowered to ‘do the deal’, and be hungry to win.
- A clean and valid driver’s license a must have
